Hermitages

The rooms at The Well are located in the 4 Hermitages on the grounds overlooking the spring fed lake.  Each Hermitage has its own entrance, 2 single beds, and private bathroom with shower.  All rooms are air-conditioned and heated.  Two of our rooms are larger and accommodate special needs allowing for the use of wheelchairs or walkers.

Each room also has a desk with chair, chest of drawers, and a cushioned arm chair.  Bed linens and towels are provided.

The Main Building

Our main building houses the kitchen, library, dining room, office, prayer chapel, large group meeting spaces, and individual conference rooms (for spiritual direction).
The Chester Michael meeting room has a gas log fireplace, stereo, TV/VCR/DVD, piano, and seating for about 20 people.  French doors in this room open onto a new screen porch with rocking chairs.
The Walter Sullivan meeting room has lots of windows, a stereo, TV/VCR, fountain, and seating for a group of up to 35.  It also opens onto the large screened in porch which can accommodate about 10-12 people
The Mary Chupein lending library has over 2500 volumes and 1000 audio cassettes
The dining room has seating for up to 40 people
Meister Eckhart Chapel is a small prayer chapel for individual private prayer
The Meister Eckhart Chapel and Hildegard of Bingen rooms can also be used for one-on-one spiritual direction and small groups of 3-5 people.
